Friday, 25 November 2005A two-minute silence will be observed on Friday at a public memorial service for Pc Sharon Beshenivsky, who was killed during a robbery in Bradford.
It is a week since the mother of three children and two step-children was shot dead during the armed raid at a travel agents in Morley Street.
The Bishop of Bradford, the Rt Rev David James, will lead the service at Centenary Square from 1515 GMT.
Meanwhile, police are still hunting three men regarded as prime suspects.
Detectives hunting her killers have said their investigation is "rapidly developing".
The names of the suspects have been circulated to police forces nationwide and to airports and other points of exit from the UK.
Five Somali men, and a woman, arrested in London at the weekend were questioned in Leeds.
The men have all been bailed pending further inquiries. The woman was freed unconditionally.
During the memorial service prayers will be led by the Bishop, and police chaplain Sam Sagar. Lord Mayor Valerie Binney will speak on behalf of the people of Bradford.
It will end with a prayer and blessing for the police, and the family and friends of Pc Beshenivsky, who died on her youngest daughter's fourth birthday.
