25 May 2012The president of the European Parliament will pay a visit to Turkey on May 28-29.
Martin Schulz will hold talks in Ankara and Istanbul, and meet President Abdullah Gul, Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Parliament Speaker Cemil Cicek as well as leaders of political parties represented at the Turkish Parliament.
Schulz will hold talks with executives of business organizations and representatives of religious minorities in Istanbul, and receive honorary doctorate from Bilgi University. |
