Following a nearly 2.5-month stability, the gasoline prices again went up in Armenia. This time, the price increase is 10 Armenian drams (AMD) (approx. 0.03 US cents) per liter, Hayots Ashkharh daily writes.

"After the next increase, most of the capital's [Yerevan] gasoline stations sell [one liter of] Regular gasoline at AMD 450 [approx. $1.17], Premium at AMD 470 [approx. $1.22], and Super reached AMD 500 [approx. $1.30]. [But] This time there was no change in the diesel fuel market. Still, for the most part, it is sold at AMD 440 [approx. $1.15]. This is the year's first price hike in the fuel market, but it will hardly be the last. In line with official statistics, the price of gasoline in Armenia increased by 18 percent in the last year alone. [And] The inflation was lot more in the diesel fuel market. The diesel fuel's price rose by virtually one-quarter in just one year alone," News.am reported according to "Hayots Ashkharh".
