PACE Deputies to Monitor Elections in Kazakhstan

The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) will send the most authoritative European deputies to Kazakhstan to observe the upcoming elections to parliament scheduled for Jan.15. This indicates the great interest in the upcoming campaign, Senate Chairman Kairat Mami said at a meeting with the PACE delegation.

Mami expressed his hope that observers, including from the PACE, will objectively assess the parliamentary elections in Kazakhstan.
