Uzbekistan provides 60% of State budget expenditures to achieve the objectives in the social sphere in 2012, and, above all, the development of healthcare and education, science and culture.

It is planned to increase salaries, pensions, stipends and social allowances by more than 20%, real incomes - by 22-24%.

These figures were announced in Islam Karimov's New Year greeting to the people of Uzbekistan.
