Tuesday, 3 January 2012As of January 2, 115 people involved in works on the restoration of buildings in akimat of Zhanaozen, the official website of the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan reported with reference to the press service of akimat of Mangistau region.
According to the press service of the regional akimat, out of 115 people 20 are employees of the contractor LLP "Alliance Ltd.", 95 people sent from the municipal department of employment.
It is also worth noting that 223 people involved in the activities of cleaning and beautification of the city.
"As of January 2, 223 people, 27 units of specialized machinery of municipal utility service company 'Tazalyk' involved in works. 1238 tonnes of rubbish were removed", - stated in the report of regional akimat.
Unrest occurred in Zhanaozen city of Mangistau region on Dec. 16 during which 15 people were killed and roughly 100 were wounded. Buildings and cars were burned, property of individuals and legal entities were destructed. Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev declared a state of emergency from Dec. 17 to Jan. 5. |
