Friday, 30 December 2011The Azerbaijani Embassy in Romania hosted an event on Thursday to celebrate the Day of Solidarity of the World Azerbaijanis. Other corresponding events took place in Serbia, Bosnia, Herzegovina and Montenegro.
Azerbaijanis living and studying in Romania, the staff of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation's office in Romania, the Romanian-Azerbaijan Friendship Society, the Azerbaijan-Romania Culture and Youth Association, the Romania-Azerbaijan Chamber of Commerce and Industry and SOCAR's office in Romania all attended, the Azerbaijani Embassy in Romania told Trend.
Guests listened to President Aliyev's congratulatory message and Ambassador Eldar Hasanov congratulated compatriots on the holiday. |
