Turkey condemns church attacks in Nigeria

Turkey condemned deadly bomb attacks on two churches in the Nigerian capital that killed at least 25
people yesterday.

Turkish Foreign Ministry said in an announcement that the terror attacks "saddened Turkey deeply and Turkish people shared the sufferings of the Nigerian people."

An explosion hit a Catholic church during Christmas Mass near capital Abuja yesterday, killing at least 25 people, followed by an explosion in a church in the province of Jos. A radical Muslim sect claimed the attacks.
