On the threshold of celebration of the 20th anniversary of Kazakhstan's independence Kazakh Secretary of State Kanat Saudabayev and Astana Mayor Imangali Tasmagambetov have visited a number of new facilities of Astana.

Firstly, they visited a vegetable storage with capacity of 4.8 tones of production, which was constructed in accordance with modern European standards. The new building is located in the Industrial Park of Astana. It is a one-storey building with total area of 10 thousand square meters.

Then they visited "Azure quarter" housing estate, which is constructed by BI Group company within the program of support of shared construction in Astana. Nowadays, the first stage of "Azure quarter" was put into commission.

The Secretary of State and the Astana Mayor surveyed a new kindergarten for treatment and development of musculoskeletal children. The construction of the facility was started in 2010.

"This building is not only a kindergarten, but a treatment and educational institution for sick children. The construction and launch of such a special institution in Astana is a demonstration of an active social directivity of economic policy of the Head of State," K.Saudabayev said.

"The fact that today we are able to construct specialized institution for such children demonstrates the country's opportunities, which we achieved over 20 years of independence," K.Saudabayev resumed.
