Georgia-EU Free Trade Negotiations open Today in Brussels

Georgia-EU negotiations on a deep and comprehensive free trade agreement opened today in Brussels . As Georgia's Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Nino Kalandadze said during the briefing today, the first meeting was held in January 2012 on an expert level.
Kalandadze said the negotiations have great importance for Georgia's economic development, as Georgia will have the possibility to be competitive and export product to EU member states' markets.
