Thursday, 8 December 2011ANKARA (A.A) - Industrial production index was up in Turkey 7.3 percent year-on-year in October, the country's statistics authority said.
TurkStat said Thursday that in the sub sectors level of industry; mining sector increased 8.6 percent, manufacturing sector index increased 7 percent, electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply index decreased 9.4 percent.
Calendar adjusted production index in October 2011 increased 7.3 percent when compared to the same month of 2010, and seasonal and calendar adjusted industrial production index was up 4.4 percent when compared to September 2011. |
