Russia to Hold Presidential Election on March 4

MOSCOW- Russia's 2012 presidential election will be held on March 4, the upper house of parliament said on Friday.

Prime Minister Vladimir Putin is almost certain to win the presidential election, giving him a six-year term as Kremlin chief.
