Kazakh, Russian Foreign Ministers Meet in Moscow |

Monday, 21 November 2011Kazakh and Russian foreign ministers Yerzhan Kazykhanov and Sergey Lavrov have met in Moscow on Monday.
Kazykhanov thanked his Russian counterpart for the invitation and warm reception. "This is my first visit to Russia. I believe it gives a good opportunity to discuss urgent issues and exchange opinions on international problems," he said.
Lavrov noted that the results achieved by the presidents of Kazakhstan and Russia in terms of development of bilateral relations and integration processes oblige the two sides to work more productively and efficiently.
The Kazakh Foreign Minister agreed with his colleague. "Three days ago the presidents of Kazakhstan, Belarus, Russia had a very important meeting, and signed significant documents. This suggests that we are moving towards greater integration of our countries. I would like to stress that we appreciate the allied relations with Russia," Kazykhanov stressed.
He wished success to the United Russia Party in the upcoming elections to the State Duma. |
