Friday, 21 October 2011The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan held a meeting with a delegation of Mitsubishi Corporation headed by the Chairman of Board Yorihiko Kojima, October 18, 2011.
The meeting discussed the future prospects of expanding mutually beneficial cooperation between economic entities of Uzbekistan and one of the largest companies in Japan. There has been a positive experience of cooperation, in particular the implementation of joint projects of infrastructure, as well as in the energy sector and textile industry.
There was an exchange of views on new areas of cooperation, providing for the introduction of advanced technologies and equipment in various sectors of Uzbekistan's economy. |
