Cyprus Issue -Turkish Cypriot and Greek Cypriot Leaders Meet Under Cyprus Talks |

Wednesday, 19 October 2011LEFKOSA (A.A) - President Dervis Eroglu of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) met Greek Cypriot leader Demetris Christofias on Wednesday within the scope of intensified Cyprus talks in Lefkosa.
The two leaders will continue to discuss headings of negotiations.
Intensified talks will continue till October 21.
Cypriot leaders have been negotiating to reunify the island since 2008.
Following the intensified talks, Eroglu, Christofias and UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon will meet at the fourth trilateral meeting in New York in the end of October.
