CIS Prime Ministers Agreed on Free Trade Zone Treaty |

Wednesday, 19 October 2011"Heads of Governments of the CIS member countries agreed on signing the treaty on free trade zone," Chairman of the Russian Government Vladimir Putin said.
"As a result of long and constructive negotiations we have come to a decision on the key issue we have gathered for today, we have agreed on signing the treaty on free trade zone within the Commonwealth of Independent States," Vladimir Putin told the enlarged meeting of the Council of the CIS PMs.
According to Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov this treaty is a new trend for the development of our states. "Free trade zone in CIS will help stimulate development of trade and attraction of investments into the CIS countries," he said.
"The document will be referred to as the Saint Petersburg Treaty and will be signed today," Chairman of the Russian Government Vladimir Putin told.
The participants signed 28 important documents altogether. |
