Thursday, 6 October 2011Saudi Arabia's General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) has said airline companies would be fined for any delays in Haj flights this year, Saudi Gazette has reported. The fines could reach up to SR150,000 for late flights, which will be doubled if the delay is more than 24 hours, GACA said. Airlines which allow flights to depart without obtaining a license will be fined more than SR30,000, it added.
