Yerevan Hosts Third Round of Talks Between Oppositional Armenian National Congress and Ruling Coalition |

Thursday, 4 August 2011The third round of talks between the oppositional Armenian National Congress and the ruling coalition is being held at Governmental Reception House, News.am reports.
The talks are being held behind closed doors. It is clear following the meeting the participants will talk with mass media representatives.
As reported earlier, head of the coalition working group Davit Harutyunyan told journalists on July 26 that the agenda of the meeting between delegations of Armenian ruling coalition and oppositional Armenian National Congress (ANC) included two issues.
First offer is set by ANC. It refers to snap presidential and parliamentary elections aiming to form legitimate power in Armenia and to take certain measures to hold transparent, fair and legal elections.
Second offer is set by authorities. It refers to holding elections properly and implementing certain rules to secure civil political competition.
