Kazakh PM On Wearing Hijab In Kazakhstan

"The authorities should not prohibit wearing hijab. We should respect religious belief of any person," PM Karim Massimov said today during an online conference in Astana.

"On the other hand, as for the extreme forms that have nothing to do with the real religion, the Government of Kazakhstan should pursue the corresponding policy and address those challenges severely," the Premier stated.
